Make yourself big and feel big.

 

The research show that by simply changing your body posture, you don’t only change the way you are perceived by others but what’s more important, you change the way you feel. By applying one of the power poses you can make yourself feel more confident.

 

Have you got an upcoming stressful situation? job interview, big meeting, breaking up with your partner, proposing or maybe asking for a pay raise ? I am sure that feeling  more confident would help; Just find a space and spend 2 minutes in one of the high power poses and see what happens.

 Definitely worth trying it out; doesn’t cost anything, is simple and requires a minimum effort.
