Hi, I’m Joanna Kurylońska. I hold a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and am an ACC ICF-accredited professional coach. I provide a supportive, confidential space to help navigate life’s challenges, achieve goals, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with people who want to pause, gain clarity, and move forward with more intention.
Through individual coaching, I create a space where you can reflect, reconnect with yourself, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Through group coaching, I offer a supportive environment where you can share, learn from others, and grow together.
I offer wellbeing coaching for those who feel ready to take better care of themselves and create a healtier and more balanced life. Together, we find what truly supports you and build a path toward lasting, meaningful change.
I also use photography as a creative tool, helping you see things differently, and access insights beyond words.
Feel free to get in touch with me to chat about what could be the best way forward for you.
Life moves swiftly, leaving little time for self-reflection.
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or unsure about your next step? Perhaps your own needs and dreams have been pushed aside. If you’re ready to explore what could be different, I’m here to support you.
I'm a certified and accredited life coach, ready to guide you on your personal journey of change and transformation.

WHAT MY CLIENTS ARE SAYING
Joanna really helped me focus on my goals and take the steps needed to achieve them – I couldn’t recommend her enough.
Kathleen, Ennis Road.
Anna Carey, Limerick
After just one session with Joanna, I felt motivated to take back control of my life. In the midst of a busy life, it can be difficult to find the time to reflect on what would truly make things better. She gave me the tools to empower myself and move toward greater happiness. Joanna helps you generate your own ideas and find the motivation to create positive change. She also gave me the courage to live life more fully and without regrets.
Kornelia Janowska
I found the introductory coaching session to be excellent and personally beneficial. I was impressed with Joanna's positivity and outlook on life. I left the session feeling more positive and with a different perspective.
