CREDENTIALS

 

I am a certified and accredited coach with over 18 years of experience supporting adults with disabilities in an organizational setting. Over the years, I have gained expertise in support care, coaching, personal development and well-being. I am skilled in coordinating with individuals and passionate about using photography to empower others.

I hold a QQI recognised Diploma in Business and Life Coaching, which I obtained from the Irish Life Coach Institute. To further develop my skills, I have also completed the Advanced Diploma in Coaching course.

I am proud to hold an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world's largest coaching organization. This accreditation attests to my status as a professional coach committed to upholding coaching standards and ethics established by the ICF.

I have been a coaching skills assessor for the Irish Life Coach Institute since 2019

I am registered with the Teaching Council.

In addition, I am an active member of the Atlantic Way Coaching Circle as part of my ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Furthermore, I have successfully completed a course on 'Photography in Coaching and Personal Development,' harnessing photography as a dynamic creative tool to enrich coaching sessions.
