Is Coaching Really for me?
I offer an about 45 minutes FREE introductory coaching session. During this session:-
- You will find out more about how coaching works.
- We will discuss what it is that you would like to achieve and how coaching can help you.
- By the end of this session you can decide if coaching is right for you and if I am the coach you want to work with.
Are you stuck in a rut? Do you feel you would like to make changes in your life but are unsure how to go about making those changes or simply lack the courage?
- This one hour session will raise awareness of what it is you want to change/achieve.
- We will identify your barriers and ways of mowing forward.
- We will develop an action plan for you to start moving forward towards your desired result.
I found the introductory coaching session to be excellent and personally beneficial. I was impressed with Joanna's positivity and outlook to life. I left the session feeling more positive and with different perspective.
Specific Goal Coaching
Do you have a specific goal or dream in your personal or professional life that feels beyond your reach? If so, why not give specific goal coaching a try.
- This one hour session (in person/skype) will aim to help you recognise and define your goal.
- Devise an action plan targeting your goal.
- Help you work through your action plan with free support in between sessions.
If you want to work towards greater health and to finally get moving.
If you want to get out from feeling lonely and isolated and to finally get moving.
If you want to get unstuck with your life while moving.
Walking Coaching can be an option for you.
- This type of coaching is available from 2nd session on.
- It includes one hour professional individual coaching session while walking.
- We will be working towards greater clarity around anything you decide to work on.
- We will identify the actions needed in order to accomplish the change you desire.
- It is depending on the weather conditions, location arranged to suit both, walking at your pace, resting on the way included 🙂
