My Name is Joanna Kurylonska and I am a Life Coach based in Limerick. I would consider myself to be a self – motivated and dynamic person with a strong inclination to develop myself in both my personal and professional life. I believe that everything is as it should be. I continuously practice the process of being aware of what is happening here and now and not wishing it was any different. I trust that life is a journey and that everybody can have a really good one. Sometimes people need some support to be able to choose their right path. But I know that everyone has the potential to live the life they really want.
I have always been interested in people and in what was going on for them. From a very young age I was a person people felt they could talk to. For years, I have been looking for better ways to help people with their difficulties. I have taken many courses, all related to the helping professions. My professional work for many years, has been about being there for people to offer them care and support in solving their problems and to fulfil their potential.
I strongly believe that Coaching is my calling and that this is a way I can make a difference in this world. I live what I learn and I hope that this will inspire people to do what they know they are made to do on this planet. I have the skills and tools to offer You professional support and guidance. I endeavour to create a safe, unique, non - judgemental, friendly and creative space that enables a trusting relationship to develop with anybody that needs, wants and is ready to make a change for the better.

Experience
As a life coach I aim to help my clients to make desired changes to their lives. I believe in living a meaningful life of joy and freedom without fears. In my every day life and through my coaching practice I endeavour to inspire others to reach out for a balanced and fulfilled life.
Apart from having individual coaching sessions, I also run Personal Development Workshops for women (Be More Academy for Women). My main aim of these workshops is to inspire and motivate women and to show them ways of how to change life for better.
Currently, I am also employed with the Brothers of Charity Service and for the last ten years I have had the opportunity to support, assist, and ensure the safety and comfort of our clients in a day centre environment. My main areas of responsibility are to empower our clients through the development and monitoring of training programmes, encouraging and managing individual person centred plans and to promote advocacy.
My first opportunity to help and support people was in 2003 when I started working in a secondary school in Poland as a Year Head. One of my main roles during this time was to regularly meet with students, their guardians and teachers regarding class issues, learning problems or other life difficulties and worries, to give support, discuss and devise solutions.
My own journey has brought me to a place where I found my best way to help others and make my own contribution to this World.
